Pine Vase - live edge
4" diameter x 6" tall (1.5" opening)
This Pine vase has been turned from a downed Pine tree in Rist Canyon, just west of Fort Collins, Colorado. The trees in this canyon have suffered the effects of the Mountain Pine Beetle, weakening the trees and causing them to be susceptible to fire. In 2012 the High Park Fire rushed through the canyon destroying nearly 90,000 acres. This vase is decorated with the devastating marks of beetle kill and fire. This vase is suitable for dried flowers.
